Your child will be assisted by a tutor (teacher or resource teacher) having specialized training or experience working with students with learning disabilities. The support offered will permit your child to review certain concepts, learn how to work with his/her strengths and develop effective strategies for his/her own learning.

Tutoring services include :

• a general evaluation of the student’s needs
• the development of a plan of action, with a particular focus on developing strategies related to the subject areav
• tutoring sessions.
