PédagoLab: Thinking Outside the Box to Reinvent Our Teaching Practices

How can we create spaces where innovation becomes a lived experience rather than just a concept?

This was the challenge taken on by part of the École team during PédagoLab, an immersive day-long event organized in collaboration with Centech and inspired by the Design Thinking methodology.

Through a five-step process (observe, understand, imagine, prototype, and test), participants were encouraged to step outside their comfort zones to rethink teaching practices.

More than just a workshop, PédagoLab provided a concrete opportunity to experience exploration and collaboration firsthand. A stimulating, sometimes unsettling, yet deeply enriching experience that places innovation at the heart of our educational thinking.

Thanks to strategic partnerships like the one developed with Centech, our team can be exposed to new ways of thinking, challenge certain practices, and continue to foster a culture of collaborative and innovative learning.
