Vanguard School Launches the Search for the Next Chair of Its Board of Directors

Vanguard School is embarking on an important step in its governance with the launch of the recruitment process for the next Chair of its Board of Directors.

Since 1973, Vanguard School has been supporting some 1,100 elementary and high school students with learning disabilities, in both French and English. Driven by structuring initiatives — including innovative partnerships with the Université de Montréal and the Centech — the School is seeking a unifying, visionary leader to chair its Board of Directors and contribute to its recognition as a centre of excellence in adapted education.

The ideal candidate brings solid governance experience, ideally in education, healthcare, institutional real estate or public-interest organizations. This is a volunteer commitment of approximately 10 to 15 hours per month, for a two-year renewable term.
